How it works

Four steps from signing up to never thinking about a SARS deadline again.

  1. Step 1: Sign up online

Create your account on our client portal and tell us about your business. Everything is done online, with nothing to print or post.

  2. Step 2: We set things up with SARS

You authorise us to act for you with SARS. We check what you’re registered for and whether anything is outstanding.

  3. Step 3: Send documents from your phone

Upload invoices, receipts and bank statements to the portal whenever it suits you. No email chains, no shoeboxes.

  4. Step 4: We file ahead of every deadline

Each return is tracked against its SARS due date and submitted before it. We tell you what to pay, and when.

These are the usual SARS due dates. When one falls on a weekend or public holiday it moves to the last business day before it, and SARS can change dates. Your own calendar depends on what your business is registered for, and we work it out with you when you join.

Questions, answered plainly

Something else on your mind? Email {{EMAIL}}.

What happens when I press “Get started”?

You go to our secure client portal, which runs on a platform called Cadence. There you create your account, tell us about your business, upload a few documents so we can verify who we’re working with, and give the consents we need to act for you. From there, we take over.

Do I need to be set up on SARS eFiling already?

No. Part of getting started is checking your SARS registrations and getting us authorised to act for you. If something is missing, we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed.

I’m behind on returns. Can you still help?

Yes. We start by finding out exactly what’s outstanding, then agree a plan with you to bring everything up to date.

Can I move to you from my current accountant?

Yes, at any point in the year. We’ll ask for what we need to pick up where they left off, so nothing falls between the two of us.

How do I send you documents?

Through the client portal, from your phone or computer: a photo of a receipt, a PDF statement or an invoice. It keeps everything in one place instead of spread across email.

What does it cost?

See our packages. If your business doesn’t fit one neatly, email us and we’ll talk it through.

Where are you based?

In Pretoria. You’re welcome to visit, and most of our work with clients happens through the portal, email and phone.

Let’s get your books in good health.

Sign up online and we’ll take it from there: SARS set-up, your filing calendar, and every return after that.
