There are no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, chat widgets, advertising or analytics on this site, and it sets no cookies. You reach us by email, by phone, or through the “Get started” link.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don’t use that data to identify or track you.

Our client portal

“Get started” takes you to our client portal, which runs on Cadence. The information you give there, such as your business details, identity documents and consents, is collected so we can take you on as a client and meet our legal obligations. You’ll see the portal’s own privacy terms before you submit anything.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Our information officer is {{INFORMATION_OFFICER_NAME}}, reachable at {{EMAIL}}.
